Description

Montmartre celebrates the wine harvest with an annual festival which is jam packed with fun events for whole family.  This year there will be 9 exhibits, 2 concert events, 3 balls, a fireworks display set to music, aperitifs discover (sounds promising!), grand parade, food tastings, discovering local wines, childrens festivals and the famous non-marriage proposals.

The Grand Parade

With almost 1500 participants including local folk groups and musiciens the parade starts at the Marie in the 18e and goes to Place des Abbesses.  Follow this colorful parade through the picturesque streets of Montmartre.

Fireworks

Steps of the Sacre Coeur • Saturday, October 10 • 21h30 specific

Sit on the steps of the Sacre Coeur and watch the sky above Paris light up with a fireworks display set to music.  This is one or my favorite places in Paris for fireworks and this is a Paris event I'm already looking forward too.

Recommend taking public transport as a lot of the roads in and around Montmartre will be closed for the festivities.
