For Art Nouveau fans this intimate museum featuring the private collections of Maxim's owner Pierre Cardin is definitley a "must see".

Spanning two floors over 300 square meters, this unique French collection of Art Nouveau furniture and objects (silverware, tableware, furnishings, china, bronze, glassware, lamps…) collected by Pierre Cardin over fifty years time is finally presented to the public.

To display his collection Pierre Cardin recreated a 12 room apartment of a famous Paris courtesan from 1900.

Visits are organized under the direction of an art historian and must be reserved in advance.  I'm planning to go next week and I'll let you know if they speak English.
